The Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra (WSO) is pleased to partner with Le 100 NONS, on its 50th anniversary, to present Manitoba, mon amour, a special concert celebrating Franco-Manitoban music and culture. Ten rising Franco-Manitoban stars will take the stage with the full WSO on Saturday, May 6, 2017, at the Centennial Concert Hall.

ROUND: RIDE – FUTABA CUP
DATE: Sunday, January 29th 2017.
PLACE: Infinity Addict Circuit.
CLASSES: - SUPER GT “Tamiya TT Chassis†2 Qualify, 3 Main Finals. To be decided
- GT2 Stock “No Boost†17.5t Class 2 Qualify, 3 Main Finals. Tires: 26021
- Touring Car “Boosted†13.5 Class. 2 Qualify, 3 Main Finals. Tires: 26027V2
- F1 Class 21.5t Class. 2 Qualify, 1 Main Final. Tires:XR or R1
- Touring Car Modified Class 2 Qualify, 3 Main Finals. Tires: 26027V2
- 1/8 GT Nitro Class (Qualify and Final Format To be Defined)

GENERAL REGULATIONS: All Car Regulations are the same as the TITC 2016.
See specific regulations hereafter about 1/8 GT Nitro.

FUTABA LUCKY DRAW: Any attending driver using Futaba equipment (Transmitter, Receiver, Servo) can join the specific Futaba Lucky Draw at the end of the race.

MULTI ENTRY IS ALLOWED
ENTRY FEE:
- F1 21.5t Class: 800 THB Including 1 set of tire +1 marked set for A Main finalists only.
- Super GT Tamiya TT Chassis: 800 THB Including 1 set of tires (Purchase +1 extra set only).
- GT2 Stock “No Boost†17.5t Class: 800 THB Including 1 set of tires (Purchase +1 extra set only).
- Touring Car “Boosted†13.5t Class: 800 THB Including 1 set of tires (Purchase +1 extra set only).
- Touring Car “Modified†Class: 800 THB Including 1 set of tires (Purchase +1 extra set only).
- 1/8 GT Nitro Class 300 THB (Tires are open and no limit in quantity).

IMPORTANT TIRE NOTE:
DRIVERS FROM ALL CLASSES MUST USE MARKED TIRES SUPPLIED BY RIDE ORGANISATION ON THE RACE DAY ONLY. PERSONAL TIRES OR PREVIOUS RIDE CUP ROUND TIRES CANNOT BE USED.
PERSONAL TRANSPONDER:
Organizers run an AMB Counting System compatible with both AMB square type Transponders and Personnel Transponders.


Technical Regulation for GT 2 No Boost Stock and TOURING CAR Classes PART 1/2:
- GT2 Stock “No Boostâ€.
- Touring Car “Boosted†13.5t Class.
IFMAR ISTC 1/10 EP Touring Car will be used for this event. Specific Ride Cup regulations are as following:
1. BODYSHELL AND APPEARANCE:
1.1 GT2 Stock “Non Boostâ€:
- Car bodyshells must be a 1/10 scale licensed 2 door type version from the original Full Scale Manufacturer (Ferrari, Nissan, Audi, Honda, etc.)
- RC Bodies Manufacturers allowed for this class: HPI, Tamiya, YOKOMO and ABC Hobby only.
- 190mm AND 200mm wide body shells are ALLOWED.
ALLOWED REAR WINGS:
- Original Wing.
- Bodyshell maker optional wing.
- Ride “HD Rip†wing No: 27007 / 27021 Carbon Pattern version.
- Ride High Down force Wing No: 27006 / 27020 Carbon Pattern version.
HANDMADE WINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
1.2 Touring Car “Boosted†13.5t Class:
Car Bodyshells must be Touring Car Sedan 4 doors type which are 1/10th scale and available on the market.
1.2.1 - Tires, motors and batteries cannot exceed the bodyshell limits when viewed above.
1.2.2 - The mirrors and windows must be left clear or smoke color.
1.2.3 - The bodyshell must be painted.
1.2.4 - The Front and Rear lights of the car must be represented (by paint or supplied stickers).
1.2.5 - The standard body wings and spoilers can be used.
1.2.6 - Optional wings are allowed as long as they meet the dimension requirements.
1.2.7 - No extra holes are allowed on the whole bodyshell, exception for the following: antenna tube, body post/mount and transponder, which shall not be larger than 10mm in diameter.
1.2.8 - Dimensions: Maximum width without body 190mm.
Maximum width with body 200mm.
Maximum wheelbase 273mm.
Minimum Roof height 115mm
Maximum Wing height 115mm.
No Minimum ride height.
2. BUMPER:
2.1 - Bumper use is up to the driver. However, use of bumper is safer.
2.2 - Front and rear bumper cannot exceed the overall body shell dimension.
3. WING:
3.1 - Only one wing is allowed, fitted in the same place as the wing on the original car.
3.2 - The wing may overhang the rear of the body shell limit by Max. 10 mm.
3.3 - The height of the wing may be adjusted, but the wing including endplates must not extend higher than the roofline.
3.4 - Wing or spoiler can only be used on the rear of the car. (No front wing)

Technical Regulations for GT2 No boost Stock and TOURING CAR Classes: PART 2/2
3.5 - One tab or gurney flap only is allowed which must be fitted securely to the rear wing, and must be contained within the wing dimensions, with a maximum height of 115mm.
3.6 - Wings/splitters/spoilers/tabs/gurney flaps must be fixed rigidly to the body
and/or wing, and may not be moved while the car is in motion.
4. CHASSIS AND DRIVE TRAIN:
- Only four (4) wheel drive transmission type is allowed for this event.
5. WEIGHT:
- The weight of the car, ready to race including transponder shall not be lower than: 1350g MINIMUM.
6. BATTERIES APPROVAL:
6.1 - Maximum 6 cells 7.2V Sub-C NiCd/NiMH or Maximum 2 cells 7.4V Lipo. MAXIMUM VOLTAGE: 8,44 V Before Race.
6.2 - Batteries must be available in the market and have a recognizable brand name.
6.3 - Battery aids for servo can be installed but may not be assist the driving system in any way at any time of the race.
6.4 - LiPo main batteries MUST be charged in a closed ‘LiPo Safety Bag’ at all times.
7. MOTOR and ESC:
7.1 Touring Car “Boosted†13.5.t Class :
- All motor shall be limited at 3000 KV and 2.0 Amp.
- Any 13.5t motor from any brand available on the market is allowed.
ALL 540 Brushless MOTOR TYPES ARE ALLOWED INCLUDING STANDARD & “OUTLAWâ€.
7.2 GT2 Stock “Non boost†17.5t Class :
- All motor shall be limited at 2400 KV and 1.5 Amp.
- Any 17.5t from any brand available on the market is allowed except the following:
All Motor described as “OUTLAW STOCK†are NOT ALLOWED: ORCA TITC ’15, Hobbywing “Banditâ€, Muchmore “Stingâ€, etc.
7.3 ESC:
- Any ESC is allowed but shall satisfy the requirement: “No boost†blinking LED green or orange at neutral position.
- TC Stock “Boosted†Class: Any ESC is allowed.
8. TIRES:
DRIVERS FROM ALL CLASSES MUST USE MARKED TIRES SUPPLIED BY RIDE ORGANISATION ON THE RACE DAY ONLY. PERSONAL TIRES OR PREVIOUS RIDE CUP ROUND TIRES CANNOT BE USED.
- Drivers can use any Ride Tires for open practice.
- The use of unmarked tires during qualifies and main finals will result in direct disqualification.
- 1 tire set is included with the entry fee with possibility to buy 1 extra racing set only on the race day.
GT1 and GT2 Stock “No Boost†Classes:
Official Tire is now the Preglued – Re36 + LT Inner - 16 Spoke Wheel - No: 26021 set.
Touring Car “Boosted†Class:
Official Tire is now the Preglued – Rex34 + Orange Mold inner - Dish Wheel - No: 26027V2 set.


Technical Regulations for F1 21.5t Class PART 1/2
1. BODYSHELL AND APPEARANCE:
1.1 - Body must be a Formula 1 Type (single driver) which is 1/10th Scale and available on the market.
Group C type bodies are not allowed. Hand made wing is not allowed.
1.2 - Motor and battery cannot exceed the body shell limits when viewed from above.
1.3 - The body shell must be painted.
1.4 - The standard body wings and spoilers can be used.
1.5 - No extra holes are allowed on the whole body shell, exception for the following: antenna tube, body post/mount and transponder, which shall not be larger than 10mm in diameter.
2. CHASSIS & DRIVE TRAIN:
2.1 - Rear 2WD chassis with direct drive is allowed (pinion gears only – No belt drive).
2.2 - T-bar, link/tubes or independent rear suspensions are allowed.
3. FRONT AND REAR WING:
3.1 - Front Wing must be used and should be made of soft plastic or PC material (Lexan).
3.2 - Rear Wing must be Formula Type.
4. BATTERIES APPROVAL:
4.1 - Maximum 6 cells 7.2V Sub-C NiCd/NiMH or Maximum 2 cells 7.4V Lipo. MAXIMUM VOLTAGE: 8,44 V Before Race.
4.2 - Batteries must be available in the market and have a recognizable brand name.
4.3 - Battery aids for servo can be installed but may not be assist the driving system in any way at any time of the race.
4.4 - LiPo main batteries MUST be charged in a closed ‘LiPo Safety Bag’ at all times.
5. MOTOR AND ESC:
5.1 Motor:
- All motor shall be limited at 2000 KV at 1.2 Amp.
- Any 21.5t motor from any brand available on the market is allowed except the following:
All Motor described as “OUTLAW STOCK†are NOT ALLOWED: ORCA TITC ’15, Hobbywing “Banditâ€, Muchmore “Stingâ€, etc.
5.2 ESC:
- Any ESC is allowed but shall satisfy the requirement: “No boost†blinking LED green or orange at neutral position.
6. WEIGHT and WIDTH:
- The weight of the car, ready to race including transponder shall not be lower than: 1050g MINIMUM.
- Maximum Overall Width: 198.5mm
7. WHEELS AND TIRES:
DRIVERS FROM ALL CLASSES MUST USE MARKED TIRES SUPPLIED BY RIDE ORGANISATION ON THE RACE DAY ONLY. PERSONAL TIRES OR PREVIOUS RIDE CUP ROUND TIRES CANNOT BE USED.
7.1 - 1 Set of tires is included with the entry fee. A second set (with ORGANISER MARK) will be given to A-Main drivers.
LIST OF AUTHORISED TIRES:
“XR†F1 tires: Front 26030 and Rear 26031. “R1†F1 tires: Front 26022 and Rear 26023.
F1 DRIVERS CAN MIX ALL THE ALLOWED TIRES AS THEY LIKE WITHOUT RESTRICTION
BUT A-MAIN FINAL DRIVERS MUST MAKE THEIR TIRE CHANGE USING THE SAME TIRE COMBO AS USED DURING QUALIFY.
Note: NEW “XR†WHEEL TYPE MAY NOT FIT HPI “FORMULA TEN†AND 3RACING “FGX†CHASSIS.

7.2 ALL DRIVER MUST USE OFFICIAL MARKED and CONTROLLED TIRES - LIKE TITC Rules - FOR QUALIFY AND MAIN FINALS.
- Drivers can use any Ride Tires for open practice.
- The use of unmarked tires during qualify and main final will result in direct disqualification.
8. RACE INFORMATION:
A-MAIN FINAL:
- Duration 15mm.
- A complete tire change (4 wheels) must be operated during the race:
- Drivers must enter the pit lane for tire change within a 2-minute window: from the 7th up to the 9th minute.
- There’s no limit of time for tire change.
- Any driver coming into pit for tire change after the 9th minute mark will be disqualified.
- Electric wrenches or Electric screw drivers ARE NOT ALLOWED.
- Only 1 pitman per driver/car is allowed to operate the tire change.
- Cars must run the ORGANIZER MARKED TIRES to finish the race remaining time.


Technical Regulation Touring Car Modified Class PART 1/2
IFMAR ISTC 1/10 EP Touring Car will be used for this event.
1. BODYSHELL AND APPEARANCE:
1.1 - Cars must be 1/10th scale Touring Car 4 doors, which are available on the market.
1.2 - No part of the chassis, including wheels/tires/motor/battery or electronic equipment may protrude outside the body shell when viewed from above.
1.3 - The standard body wings and spoilers can be used. Optional wings are allowed as long as they meet the requirements.
1.4 - On the body of the car no extra holes allowed, except the following: antenna ****, body mount and transponder, which are not over 10mm in diameter.
1.5 - Dimensions:� Maximum width without body 190mm.�
Maximum width with body 200mm.�
Maximum wheelbase 273mm.�
Minimum height 115mm.�
No Minimum ride height
2. CHASSIS AND DRIVER TRAIN:
- Only four (4) wheel drive transmission type is allowed for this event.

5.2 - Batteries must be readily available in the market and have a recognizable brand name.
5.3 - Battery aids for servo can be installed, but may not be used to assist the drive system in any way.
5.4 - LiPo drive batteries MUST be charged in a closed ‘LiPo Safety Bag’ at all times.
6. MOTORS & ESC:
- Modified motor and ESC from any brand available on the market respecting the IFMAR ISTC 1/10 EP Touring Car motor list are allowed.
7. TIRES:
ALL DRIVER MUST USE OFFICIAL MARKED and CONTROLLED TIRES - LIKE TITC Rules - FOR QUALIFY AND MAIN FINALS.
- Drivers can use any Ride Tires for open practice.
- The use of unmarked tires during qualifies and main finals will result in direct disqualification.
- 1 tire set is included with the entry fee with possibility to buy 1 extra racing set only on the race day.
- Official Tire is the Preglued – Rex34 + Orange Mold inner - Dish Wheel - No: 26027V2 set.

Technical Regulations Super GT – TT Tamiya class:
Race format: 2 Qualify & 3 Finals with Minimum lap time or “Bracket†(time TBD according to track layout). Drivers must complete their lap with a pre-set minimum lap time. Driver’s lap time faster than the pre-set time will not be accounted.
Chassis: Tamiya TT chassis type only are allowed.
Body: Only “Super GT†Tamiya Body are allowed. Honda NSX Body before 2010 is not allowed.
Motor: Open but must be wisely chosen to respect the “bracket†regulation.
ESC: Open but must be wisely adjusted to respect the “bracket†regulation.
Battery: Same as GT2 Non-boost class.
Tires: To be decided.

Technical Regulations 1/8 GT Nitro Class Class PART 1/1
Since it’s a special yet friendly event, Ride Cup Staff will rely on the fair play of the drivers and will simply request that the usual rules 1/8 GT to be followed and respected.
Main guidance:
- Body shells must be a 1/8 GT style (Can-Am or Le Mans types are not allowed).
- Engines must be lower than 3.5cc (0.21) displacement.
- Tires must be rubber made, foam tires are not allowed. Any rubber tire brands are allowed.
- Please use any noise reduction device (air intake. Etc.)
- Race format (Qualify + Final) will be set the day
